NFC Driven Application

WHAT CAN WE DO WITH NFC?

NFC is typically used to identify areas, assets or people. NFC tags include a chip that stores an ID with a unique number ID that we can manipulate with a unique name, number, designation and protocol.

  • We can designate an NFC point to a place / area or asset and set parameters surrounding that tag to saythe following NFC needs to be scanned at this time on this day and this often, we can set the parameters asper the relevant KPI’s / Auditory procedure to ensure the operational SLA parameters are managed and achieved, in the event of non-compliance, exceptions are generated with task driven intervention coupled with an escalation matrix.
  • We can allocate a printable NFC name tag, uniquely linked to an employee’s details, so that we can do a basic real-time attendance of a person with a photo verification process to eliminate any “buddy buddy” interference. Weekly, Monthly employee time sheets can be generated and compared against the actuals generated by the utilised rostering system.
  • Because NFC tag’s come in all forms of shapes and different sizes this allows us to be imaginative, so we can generate complete checklists to audit lists. It’s all about directing the data, assigning a workflow process with a frequency pattern, then mining the essential data outputs and outcomes into to a relevant BI report, Analytics and enough data to build predictive trends.

OUR SOLUTION

Soft services companies, Security companies in particular, aim to provide the protection of people, assets and facilities on a twenty-four-hour, seven day per week basis.

They deploy security officers to site to perform a specific function; one of which is to provide periodic patrols of the facility in order to detect suspicious anomalies and abnormal activity.

In the management herein, it is imperative that the patrol activity can be managed, that there is communication to the site and that the security officers are able to raise an alarm if necessary.

The Fuzion Track solution will cater for all of these necessities. The patrol movements should be executed according to established procedures.

The patrol route should include all important points of the facility. Depending on the size of the site, there can be several different routes and each of them can include different areas. Patrols are conducted several times per shift.

Comprehensive reporting and a trend analysis, will be essential for making informed operational decisions to enhance the service levels of the specific site.

Phase one of the development, the Fuzion Track solution will be designed to manage the patrol function of a security officer in real-time by digitising and alarm conditioning the patrol schedule on an IOT and web interface, utilising NFC tags that have an imprinted protocol to monitor activity, productivity and efficiencies, Because the solution utilizes an Android device, we are able to also communicate through a GSM platform, chat directly to the site via messaging service, raise a panic anywhere onsite and track the location and Geofence the sites utilising the GPS functionalities.
